Tropical Four Fruit

Tropical Four Fruit, (46 x 46 “) tempera gouache on canvas, 2024.

This was commissioned as a surprise gift for the 30th birthday of the customer’s daughter. It was a variation on the original ‘Four Fruit’ painting which they knew she loved, but which I adapted the core concept of to personalise. The cool, but zesty colour palette was requested and even the little hidden tortoise. As ever, the canvas was made to a specific scale, and 46 x 46” was the perfect size, (rather than the original ‘Four Fruit’ scale of 60 x 60”, which is the largest scale I offer).
